*FREE SHIPPING * Our Unlined Double Sole "Ole Maine Comfort Classic" leather moccasin style comes with a leather heel pad added for your comfort. Top Grain Cowhide leather is used for the uppers and a thicker, more durable Bull Hide leather is used for the double sole. A warm Honey colored leather is chosen for this style moccasin sometimes called slippers, house shoe, house slipper, shoes.....whatever you may call them, you will just call them comfortable!
Our double sole leather moccasins are really "triple" soles because we put an extra layer of leather between the moccasin and the stitched on double sole for added comfort. Combining that with great classic looks and craftsmanship it creates a long time friend. There is nothing quite as special as handsewn moccasins.
When choosing a size for your new moccasins, keep in mind our moccasins run pretty true to the size of your dress shoe or everyday street shoe size...not a sneaker, athletic shoe or work boot.
Our moccasins are earthing or grounding friendly. Made in the USA.

The fit, the comfort, and the quality of the construction are superlative. This is my second pair, the first were in chocolate. I recommend these excellent moccasins without reservation.
My sneaker size is 10, I wear 9.5 in Iron Rangers, and 9 is spot on for these moccasins.

I knew the moment I took my mocc's out of the box they were made right. The leather is soft, yet thick and the extra layer at the heel adds comfort. The fit is right on, true to size. Hand made quality, in every aspect. I couldn't be happier.

I'm on my second pair of these. This time I went with the unlined version, and they're so comfortable! I wear them as slippers and they're incredible.

If you a looking for a very well made pair of moccasins made with pride from old school shoemakers these are it. Not only do they fit right they are a perfect fit with no break in required with the fact they use soft leather. Cannot find a better fitting comfortable slipper for the price. Thank You for making a great product.

Wear a size 10 shoe but ordered a size 9 1/2 as advised by several sites. Moccasins are a bit loose even so. Believe a 9 would be to small. The moccasins are high quality, break in easily, and are quite comfortable. Expensive but good.

I don't know how these unlined moccasins could possibly be any better. These make every other pair you've ever seen seem like cheap mass made junk. The quality of the leather and the craftsmanship is top notch. Their really big name competitor from Maine should be embarrassed by the moccassin they sell. I am delighted!

Into my second pair here, narrower width this time to snug up on my narrow feet. It's even better this way - a sloppy fit is makes them less reliable footwear.
These moccasins can be worn outdoors, on concrete sidewaks etc. They won't last forever out there, but for me it's worth it to do that once in a while. It's a different, very satisfying walking experience.

after 12 years of fond, steady use, my first pair of town views gave up their ghost when the third sole gave way. with so many companies falling by the wayside over the years, I feared my town views would be hard to replace. but, the new ones are as comfortable, beautiful and skill fully executed as the old ones. thank you town view!

This is a true double sole moccasin with a thick sole which will probably last me the rest of my life. The price difference is worth it for the quality and comfort that these mocks offer(no break in needed). From a fellow Mainer thanks for keeping up the tradition of made in the USA with pride. Love these mocks.

Replacing a sole-worn-through three year old pair from that big outdoor company in Freeport,ME., that were Made in Central America, not Central Maine. Check in with me in a few years. I will hope to be praising these moccasins, year'round daily drivers for me. PS Excellent transaction with your company. Thank You!
