FREE SHIPPING...Our Double Sole Ole' Maine Comfort Classic Moccasin is genuine handsewn around the toe and heel (not whipped or laced) using soft textured Top Grain Cowhide. A thicker, more durable Bull Hide leather is used for the double sole. The rich Dark Brown color is a great choice.
The Deerskin lining is an added touch of softness next to your foot.
Our double sole moccasins are really "triple" soles because we put an extra layer of leather between the moccasin and the stitched on double sole for added comfort. Combining that with great classic looks and craftsmanship it creates a long time friend. There is nothing quite as special as handsewn moccasins.
When choosing a size for your new moccasins, keep in mind our moccasins run pretty true to the size of your dress shoe or everyday street shoe size...not a sneaker, athletic shoe or work boot.
Our moccasins are earthing or grounding friendly. Made in the USA.

Highest quality was evident right out of the box. Beautiful work. I almost stumble through constantly looking down at my feet.
These feel and fit like they were custom made for me. Love them.
I will enjoy wearing and owning these for years to come.

I've been going back and forth on buying a pair of Town View Leather Mocs for a while now and finally pulled the trigger. Boy was I a fool for waiting so long! First off, I appreciate quality craftsmanship and these mocs are no doubt, "top shelf" for sure. Beautiful, soft leather fit like a glove right out of the box. I wasn't sure about sizing properly, so I called and spoke with Gayanne who was a pleasure to deal with and helped me chose the right size since I have wide, flat feet. Needless to say, I am going to order another pair like so many others have said in other reviews just so I have a back up pair I love them so much! Thanks again to the Wintles for making a fine product right here in the good ol' USA!

Town View Leather mocs are the best. Just purchased my 5th pair. Why 5 pairs?
Quick backstory: I wore a pair of Gokey Double Sole mocs from 1982-1993 (when my wife secretly tossed them out - when I couldn't find them when said, "they were ugly"). Loved those. Had them re-soled twice. Tried replacing them with new Gokey's but the new ones were too tight, tried other brands, all had some type of problem UNTIL - Town View Leather! Custom width (I have very wide feet and high arches), custom thread color, and EXCELLENT service.
Again, why 5 pairs? FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt)? Nope. THEY FIT and ARE TOP QUALITY!
I have NOT had to have any re-soled (sew on 1/4" flat shoe leather to sole) as they wear like iron. I have not changed my lifestyle to accommodate my mocs. Still wear them indoors & outdoors, rain or shine, concrete, pavement or dirt. I tend to wear the oldest ones and keep the "replacements" in their boxes. I'm really interested to see how long it will take before the bottom sole wears through, so far, only scuffs. Amazing.
I don't know what Galen and Gayanne do to their leather but it wears like iron and feels like kid gloves.
Bottom line: dedicated customer for life.

My second pair of Town View Leather moccasins. I own both a lined and unlined pair. My questions were answered which made the order effortless. Delivery was prompt. As compared to any other USA made moccasin this is a high value product.
When you speak to this firm you are talking to an owner.
Gayanne was a pleasure to deal with

This is my third pair - the last pair saw almost eight years of daily (indoor) use before needing to be retired. They're extremely comfortable, durable, and a great value for a quality handmade item

I ordered a pair of these moccasins and a pair of honey for my husband. I love the moccasins, however, I did not order the right width for myself. I had to send them back for an exchange after contacting Gayanne to talk about the fit. I would suggest measuring around the widest part of your foot and share it with Gayanne to find out what the best width for you would be. When I received the replacement pair, there was an issue with a feeling of a ridge on the bottom of the left moccasin. I wore them for about 4 hours or so, but it was uncomfortable. After contacting Gayanne, she suggested I send them back. The issue was addressed and moccasins returned. When I tried them on I could still feel it. Gayanne offered to refund my money upon returning them if I am not satisfied. I cannot feel the ridge with my hand since the mocs were worked on, but can with my foot. I am trying to decide if I can live with it. I love the moccasins and really want them, but I need them to be comfortable. Oh, the right moccasin is perfectly comfortable. I give this company an A/outstanding on customer service. While I have an issue with one moc, I still give them an A/outstanding on their product. They make quality mocs. I would recommend them to anyone.

These are my second pair. It took me a long time to find this company again. I won’t lose the name this time! I bought a second house and I didn’t bring my moccasins with me. I realized how much I love them when I tried others. No way! I’m now happy to have these at both homes!!!

I compared my new Town View deerskin lined mocs with a relatively new pair of deerskin lined bull hide mocs I recently purchased from Wassookeag Moccasins. To begin with, I believe the Town View mocs are a better fitting moccasin than the Wassookeag Moccasins. Secondly, the workmanship appears to be cleaner, a bit more refined, and last but not least, they cost $129.95, not $205. Granted, the Wassookeag Moccasins have a bull hide upper (rather than cowhide), but the Town View has a bull hide outer sole which is where the bulk of the wear occurs. So, for my money, I'll buy the Town View mocs every time as they represent a much better value in my opinion.
