FREE SHIPPING...Our Double Sole Ole' Maine Comfort Classic Leather Moccasin is genuine handsewn around the toe and heel (not whipped or laced) using soft textured Top Grain Cowhide. A thicker, more durable Bull Hide leather is used for the double sole. This warm Honey colored leather is our newest choice.
The Deerskin lining is an added touch of softness next to your foot.
Our double sole moccasins are really "triple" soles because we put an extra layer of leather between the moccasin and the stitched on double sole for added comfort. Combining that with great classic looks and craftsmanship it creates a long time friend. There is nothing quite as special as handsewn moccasins.
When choosing a size for your new moccasins, keep in mind our moccasins run pretty true to the size of your dress shoe or everyday street shoe size...not a sneaker, athletic shoe or work boot.

I have bunions and have difficulty in finding something comfortable to wear.
No dress shoe is comfortable so I had to guess. If I order a shoe Wide, then the shoe is too floppy so I ordered a B width. In just a short time, the moccasins became the most comfortable shoe that I have worn and they look great!
The lady who helped me determine size was so very helpful. Thank you!
P. S. - My husband has these moccasins too and is equally as happy.

Shipping was quick and easy. Deerskin lining is incredibly comfortable,with the thick outsole it wears like a second skin. Well constructed and stylish, an all around great pair of slippers.

My mocs arrived quickly, and just as quickly they set the standard for comfort. I wear them each day at school, and while doing a lot of walking over different surfaces, I'm never let down. The fit was fine too. I'll get another pair for walking in the woods this fall.

Moccasins for feel of the ground, balance

I like the feel of the ground. I get it with Galen's moccasin. Is the contact strenghtening my foot and helping my balance? My mocs are worn more than all my other shoes combined. They go outside. Just got my second pair, first pair needed a back up. Instant comfort, plus total contact. What is not to like?

I bought this pair to replace an unlined pair that I had for 7 years. The lining is extremely comfortable and makes a big difference. I expect that these will last at least another 7 years. Excellent product.

I started looking for a new higher quality house shoe when my last pair started to get towards the end of the road. I purchased these moccs after I had read a review on another site.
These did not disappoint.
The workmanship is flawless, the leather is greater quality than I expected, and the deer skin lining is so comfortable I just can't imagine ever buying another brand.
These house shoes are going to hold up for a very long time.
I would absolutely recommend these slippers to anyone shopping for a pair of house shoes. The comfort is excellent but knowing these are going to hold up a long time makes me even more satisfied with my purchase.

Been thinking of buying a pair for a while, and with the pandemic keeping me at home I figured I'd splurge on some nice house shoes. They absolutely do not disappoint. Incredibly comfortable and the quality is immediately obvious. I hope I never leave the house again.
