*FREE SHIPPING* Our Unlined Double Sole "Ole Maine Comfort Classic" style leather moccasins are Hand Made. This unlined style is made with a leather heel pad added for your comfort. Top Grain Cowhide leather is used for the uppers and a thicker, more durable Bull Hide leather is used for the double sole. A rich dark brown leather is used for this style.
Our double sole leather moccasins are really "triple" soles because we put an extra layer of leather between the moccasin and the stitched on double sole for added comfort. Combining that with great classic looks and craftsmanship it creates a long time friend. There is nothing quite as special as handsewn moccasins.
When choosing a size for your new moccasins, keep in mind our moccasins run pretty true to the size of your dress shoe or everyday street shoe size...not a sneaker, athletic shoe or work boot.
Our moccasins are earthing or grounding friendly. Made in the USA.

I've bought several pairs of these moccasins over the years, both as gifts and for my personal use, and have never been disappointed. What makes this company special to me is that they make moccasins to fit the customer as opposed to companies such as LL Bean who have limited sizes and widths.

I recently purchased my first pair of Old Maine Comfort mocs from Town View Leather. They are wonderful. So well made and very comfortable. I've had them on since I got them and just love them. Thank you for the wonderful craftsmanship and super quality moc!!

I have had five pairs of these moccasins, two fleece lined, two leather lined, and this latest pair which is unlined. I have loved them all but for every day use around the house I like the unlined best because they are cooler.

Comfortable, well made, long lasting. Made by an actual person in the US. I get three years out of them, wearing them as my principal shoes, in house and in garden. Would get more if I weren't lazy about changing shoes to take out the garbage (on concrete). My 3rd or 4th pair. Allows me to "feel the ground/floor" for better control, w/o wearing through or making me feel every bump. And Town View has the lasts to make them in widths.
I'm trying out the $35 resole (combination stitch and glue) for first time, on the previous pair.
Town View definitely has discovered the "sweet spot" in the price scale, where the customer is paying for all the quality they can actually use, w/o paying for a lot of extra marketing, hand-holding, or "prestige". (How the heck do you wear prestige? How does it feel on your feet?)

One of the best quality moccasins I have seen. Definitely the best quality for the price. I bought these for my wife, she hasn't taken them off except to go to bed. I have a pair of moccasins from another Maine company and in my opinion of the same quality with a price tag much higher.

A perfect fit (12EE), and very comfortable as soon as I slipped them on. This is my second pair, which lasted 10-15 years.

These are the best moccasins ever on my feet. Since I found my first pair to be worth every penny and then some, I am now joyfully buying a second.

Today I am ordering my second pair because mine are showing wear. I have worn them almost continuously since Mar. 2010. I work at home in them and go almost nowhere in other shoes.
